Raul Marca is a computer and system engineer. He finished his master degree in the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. He has a specialization in Software Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and Project Management studies from the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola (USIL). He has certifications such as Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC), Scrum Developer Certified (SDC), Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC), Scrum Master (SMC) and COSMIC (CCFL). He has over 10 years of experience in the areas of Information Systems, Software Development and Project management working with the Presidencia de Consejo de Ministros (PCM), Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores (MRE) and other public institutions of the Peruvian state.
In 2020, he participated in the 5th National Congress of Software Measurement and Estimation jointly with the 30th International Workshop on Software Measurement (IWSM) and the 15th International Conference on Software Process and Product Measurement (MENSURA).
