In Cameroon the COSMIC organization is represented by Donatien Koulla Moulla.
Dr. Donatien K. Moulla is currently a Lecturer in computer science at the Faculty of Mines and Petroleum Industries, University of Maroua, Cameroon. He received his Ph.D. degree in computer science (2019) from the University of Ngaoundéré, Cameroon. He earned  his Master’s degrees  (2011) and Bachelor’s (2008) from the department of Mathematics and Computer Science in the same University. He has more than 8 years of teaching and research experience in information systems development and Software Engineering. He teaches the software measurement course to software engineering graduate students including COSMIC functional size measurement. He is actively involved in the promotion of the COSMIC method in Cameroon. His research interest includes software estimation, software measurement, Automation of COSMIC functional size measurement and Open Source Software projects.
