The COSMIC Measurement Practices Committee is pleased to announce the publication of the new ‘Guideline for the Functional Sizing of Quantum Software Requirements (Circuit Strategy)’.
Purpose of this document is to introduce the Circuit Strategy, a circuit-based COSMIC Measurement Strategy for quantum software. It shows the application of this Strategy to a number of existing quantum circuits, illustrated with measurement examples.
