Charles Symons, COSMIC co-Founder and Past President, has produced a new ‘Guide to Software Size Measurement‘. The Guide is intended for any software professional who “wants to learn to use the COSMIC method, the most powerful standard way to size software, so as to help improve our software processes, the quality of our software products, and our estimating.”
