The purpose of this Guideline is to show how the COSMIC Functional Size Measurement method (e.g., ISO 19761) can be used to measure the functional size of Web Analytics implementations. It includes three measurement examples. It also includes a reference to a paper that illustrates how 50 web analytics project data sets were sized in COSMIC Function Points and estimated with a number of machine learning effort estimation models.
