Bruce Reynolds, one of our IAC-representatives to the United States, will be giving a presentation titled “Introduction to the COSMIC method of measuring software” at the 30th International Forum on COCOMO and Systems/Software Cost Modeling. This forum will be held in Arlington, Virginia on November 16-18. This is a great opportunity to share the COSMIC ideas with a great number of leading experts in the Software Cost Estimating community.
